Speaking of being a student. I have waited until the absolute last minute to register for Fall semester. 4 classes left and I really dont want to go back :-/ Pray I am able to get this class.

Today we are learning together! When I was younger our T.V stayed on M.T.V Raps and Rap City. I remember Sissy1 recording like every episode of Rap City while Sissy2 and I would sneak into her room later to watch the VHS. Pharcydes Runnin' had to be like one of my favorite songs. Who cares that I was only like 5 years old? I had no idea that the amazing Jay Dilla produced the Phacyde's Runnin'.

Like seriously the song is so pretty and melodic. But the content of the song makes you wonder. He wants to marry his young neice? Dilla takes this song and turns it into

Slum Village players. My oldest brother is a music freak just like me. He actually showed me how Dilla recreated it. I got chills! I went on Youtube and also found this video
